A:Chinaplas acrylic sheet has excellent weatherability and insulating properties,10 years non-yellowing warranty with 100% virgin MMA.For outside,UV will be suggested.
Q.How many years warranty for your acrylic products?
A:5 years warranty for acrylic,artificial damage will not be included.
Q.Do you have installation team?
A:Yes,we have.It depends on the size of your project.
Q.How soon can I get a price quote?
A:For most projects,once we know the style and the size,we can provide you with a price quote within 24 hours.
Q.How long will it take to receive my products?
A:As a general rule,it will take 3-4 weeks for us to produce your custom designed products.
6.Is there a minimum size requirement?
A:Due to our core competencies,the high manpower cost and shipping freight,we do not accept small size.Minimum thickness for acrylic sheet is 0.8mm.
Q: Can you give me a discount price?
A: Depending on the volume. The larger the volume is. the more discount you can get.
Q: Why is your price a bit higher than other Chinese suppliers?
A: To meet the requirement of different customers, our factory manufactures various grades of quality for each item at a wide range of prices. We can offer the products of different quality levels depending on customers' target price.
Q: How can I get a sample?
A: Normally small size samples can be sent free of charge and customers only need to pay a little shipping charge, or you can provide your DHL,FEDEX, TNT.UPS courier account number to us. As for bigger sizes, it depends.
Q: How can you guarantee quality of production is the same with sample sent to me before?
A: Our warehouse staff will keep one same sample marked your company name in our factory, production will based on it.
Q: What is the payment term?
A: T/T 30% deposit and 70% balance paid before shipment.
